We ship worldwide - shipping costs will be calculated when your delivery country is selected at the checkout. Shipping charges include packaging costs.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise in the item listing.

We do not offer an expedited order processing fee. Paying for a postage upgrade does not expedite the processing time.
If you require something by a specific date, please order in plenty of time.

UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard and can take 3 to 5 working days to deliver. There are tracked and signed for shipping upgrade options available at checkout should you require this service.

Upgrades include:

• Tracked 48 for £3.50 for delivery between 2-3 days with tracking
• Tracked 24 for £4.50 for delivery between 1-2 days with tracking
• Special Delivery for £9.00 for next day delivery by 1pm.

Orders can be returned in an unused condition within 30 days of delivery. If you'd like to return a purchase, please email hello@kallowaydesign.co.uk and we’ll confirm the return address for you.

Please note, while we are happy to issue you with a refund/exchange for your item purchase, we're unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved (NOTE: this does not include faulty, damaged or defective items, which in this case return postage will be covered by Kalloway Design.
