At Kalloway Design our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
We ship worldwide - shipping costs will becalculated when your delivery country is selected at the checkout. Shipping charges include packaging costs.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise in the item listing.
All of our items are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class and can take 3 to 5 working days to deliver. There are tracked and signed for shipping options available at checkout should you require this service.
If your postman has been unable to deliver your order, they will leave a "Something For You" card in case notifying you of this. You can collect your order from your local Delivery Office or alternatively visit the Royal Mail website to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time.

Please make sure that your address details are accurate at time of order. If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, then a seconf postage cost will need to be paid before your order will re-ship.
Depending on where you are in the world shipping from the UK can take between 7 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
To speed up delivery times, all prints dispatched to the US will dispatch from our US based printing company.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable. Customs checks can inevitably delay delivery times, and sadly this is outwith our control.
At seasonal times of the year (e.g. Christmas), some post can take a bit longer to arrive. Please ensure if you are ordering for a specific occasion, to order in plenty of time or select an enhanced shipping option at checkout.
If you think your order should have arrived by now, you can check if you have any undelivered mail waiting for you at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office by giving them a call or visit. Please also check with your neighbours or in outbuildings in case it has been left.
